Malaysia V. planifolia vanilla beans are bold and beautiful! These happy little beans are kind of sassy, with a layer of smoky ancho chiles and a pop of cherry hiding underneath strong vanilla tones. We think they'd be phenomenal paired with a smoky bourbon, or left to their own devices in a neutral alcohol-based extract, so they can elevate whatever recipe has the good fortune of featuring them.

To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered.
